Mac Address is the one at top in this case with 00x13x14x......C. Click it to copy into clipboard and paste inside Additional Required Information > Mac Address. in Order Summary for Central Control Panel.
How to Order
Goto streamPROlive.com
Click Central in menu
You will be taken to central.streamPROlive.com
Click option Signup
Click button Order Now
You will be taken to next screen.
Fill information as explained before.
